Prudential Hong Kong Limited seeks a Director/Senior Director for Wealth Business Management & Integration to align Group Wealth objectives with Local Business Units, driving governance, risk management and informed decision making.

The role requires executive presence, solid commercial acumen, and the ability to influence across Wealth, Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance and Operations to support sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Actuarial Science or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 12+ years of experience within insurance, wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Exposure & experience with HNW, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or sophisticated insurance solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience working within complex, highly regulated environments and engaging with senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to connect commercial objectives, governance requirements, and organisational priorities.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and the confidence to provide constructive challenge when required.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning Group Wealth priorities with LBUs.
• Drive effective collaboration across Wealth and LBU stakeholder groups to support sustainable business growth.
• Partner with executive teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support strategic decision-making.
• Provide leadership in the governance framework supporting HNW activities within the LBUs.
• Ensure senior stakeholders have access to relevant insights regarding business performance, risk considerations, customer outcomes, and financial implications.
• Facilitate LBU HNW Oversight Forum by driving executive alignment, effective challenge, and informed decision-making on key business priorities.
• Facilitate constructive dialogue on complex business issues and help drive alignment on key priorities.
• Provide objective assessment of emerging opportunities and risks, escalating matters appropriately when necessary.
• Synthesise information from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable insights on key business developments, emerging risks, and strategic opportunities to support decision-making and organisational objectives.
• Support effective governance over business activities while balancing commercial objectives and risk considerations.
