Job summary

Napster is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Microsoft & Strategic Technology Partnerships to lead and operationalize Napster’s global Microsoft relationship. This role requires heavy collaboration across commercial and technical sides, with a focus on turning strategic discussions into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Microsoft, Microsoft ecosystem, or roles with Microsoft as a strategic focus.
• Strong program management and operating-model experience.
• Proven ability to build structured programs, trackers, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across complex global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build the global operating model for the Microsoft partnership with defined workstreams and owners.
• Define milestones, dependencies, timelines, and measurable outcomes across Marketplace and co-sell.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and executive reporting on progress and risks.
• Drive governance cadences and accountability across Napster and Microsoft teams.
• Lead Microsoft Marketplace and co-sell programs, including account mapping and pipeline tracking.
