Sun Life in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver digital initiatives on scope, time and cost. You will lead business, IT and vendor teams in an MVP/Sprint approach, promoting a two-in-a-box model for backlog definition and delivery.

You will drive portfolio planning, governance, risk, and budget management while coordinating with executive teams and regional stakeholders. Strong English and Cantonese skills are essential.

Competenze

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in Project Management.
• Strong knowledge in end-to-end insurance operation journey will be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Experience in managing AI projects is an advantage.
• Experience working with executive teams and C-suites.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Good practice of Agile methodologies and principles.

Mansioni

• Support business case preparation for new company initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans for the portfolio; manage delivery cadences.
• Support the Lead Product Owner with sprint planning logistics and UAT coordination.
• Track cross-initiative dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Drive day-to-day project delivery activities; maintain governance and documentation.
• Coordinate with technology delivery teams on environment readiness and post-release activities.
• Own RAID logs, budget tracking and vendor management; ensure governance compliance.
• Prepare status reports and executive-ready dashboards; coordinate training and communications.
