Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Insurance, healthcare and financial industries.
• Experience delivering applications/digital platforms and data management projects.
• Led cross-functional teams on large-scale change initiatives.
• Technical programming experience (Python/Java/SAS) a plus.
• Fluent English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into concrete solutions aligned with platform strategy.
• Plan, execute, and monitor the digital platform's effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements and KPI reporting.
• Lead delivery coordination including UAT and production escalations.
• Governance and roadmap management for applications/digital platform.
