Job summary

Innovative Digital Media Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to steer online marketing campaigns for corporate clients. You will develop digital media strategy, execute campaigns, and advise on website architecture.

In this role you will collaborate with clients and vendors, provide strategic insights to improve performance, identify new opportunities, and proactively upsell with customer-centric proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• 2-7 years of account servicing/sales & marketing experience.
• Excellent corporate written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage online marketing campaigns for corporate clients by having deep understanding and ability to derive digital media strategy, execute digital campaigns, provide consultation of website architecture
• Work closely with clients and vendors on campaign execution
• Proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve campaign performance, and to grow relationship
• Identify potential opportunities in the industry to learn and provide related services to clients
• Upsell by developing customer centric proposal to clients
