Job summary

Bond West Consultants seeks a high‑caliber DevOps/Platform Engineer for a large FI client. Design and maintain resilient production and staging environments using Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and build multi‑repository CI/CD pipelines with automated validation and fast rollback readiness.

Implement centralized logging, metrics, tracing, and alert tuning for improved visibility. You will lead high‑severity incident response, perform root‑cause analysis, and enforce release safety with phased rollouts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong Linux, networking, shell scripting, and IaC practices.
• Proven CI/CD experience and containerized workloads orchestration.
• Experience with payments or high-volume financial transaction ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain resilient production and staging environments using IaC.
• Build and automate multi-repository CI/CD pipelines with validation and quick rollback.
• Implement centralized logging, metrics, tracing and alert tuning.
• Lead high‑severity incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Partner with security teams on access controls, patching, and audit traceability.
