Job summary

Sanderson-Ikas is seeking a seasoned Desktop Support professional to provide high-touch end-user support for investment professionals, business users, and executives across our global offices. The role emphasizes fast issue resolution and exemplary service.

You will troubleshoot endpoints, apps, mobility, and virtual desktops, with hands-on experience in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and AD. Bloomberg Terminal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Desktop Support, End User Computing, or Workplace Technology experience in a financial services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and endpoint management platforms such as Intune.
• Experience supporting Bloomberg Terminal, Bloomberg Anywhere, or other market data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch desktop and end-user support to investment professionals, business users, and executives across global offices.
• Escalation point for complex endpoint, application, mobility, and virtual desktop issues.
• Support and maintain Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and related workplace technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Support enterprise collaboration and communications platforms, including Cisco, Webex, Zoom, Neat, and Poly solutions.
• Provide support for mobile devices through Microsoft Intune and enterprise device management platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve user-facing connectivity issues, including VPN, DNS, DHCP, and remote access services.
• Manage incidents and service requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, documentation, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams.
