Job summary

HKEX is seeking a high-calibre professional to manage derivatives trading operations for futures and options across multiple underlying assets and indices. The role involves operating the trading system, ensuring transparency, fairness, and efficiency in line with exchange rules and regulations.

You will provide leadership on strategic initiatives, drive program delivery, and oversee project implementation within a 2pm-11pm shift, contributing to Hong Kong's derivatives market development.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of derivatives market operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI/SQL/VBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth trading operations of the derivatives market with regulatory compliance.
• Plan, coordinate and execute projects including system enhancements and market microstructure improvements.
• Develop and review rules, policies and procedures; oversee strategy execution and project implementation.
• Handle shift duties and manage operational risks while maintaining high service levels.
