Job summary

China Renaissance 华兴资本 is seeking an experienced equity derivatives sales professional to develop and maintain Hong Kong and cross-border institutional clients, including hedge funds, capital pools, and high-net-worth individuals.

You will identify client demands for hedging and structured investments, manage negotiations, and coordinate with trading, legal, and risk teams to deliver tailored solutions and end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics or related majors.
• 1-6 years of working experience in equity derivatives sales.
• Experience with pro and post-trade processes and delta-one business.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end transaction solutions independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin familiarity a plus; China business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Hong Kong and cross-border institutional clients, including quantitative hedge funds, cross-border capital pools and high-net-worth clients.
• Identify client demands for hedging, arbitrage and structured investment solutions, independently conduct solution communication, commercial negotiation and post-execution ongoing management.
• Connect trading team and client’s requirements, identify the necessary processes, track clients’ ongoing requirements, understand and negotiate with internal legal and risk teams.
• Provide customized client solutions, support trading team on client onboarding, reporting and documentation, and participate in the iteration of product framework, pricing rules and trading/risk systems.
