Job summary

Links International is seeking a senior DCM origination ED to lead client relationships and originate debt capital market transactions in Hong Kong. You will build and maintain high-profile relationships, provide pitches, proposals, and analyses related to bond issuances, and monitor market updates and regulatory changes.

The role requires 8-10 years' experience in a large financial institution, a master's degree, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in economics, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a sizable financial institution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in debt capital markets and offshore bonds beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-profile relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand business channels.
• Provide clients with pitches, proposals, presentations, and analyses related to potential bond issuance.
• Provide clients with information on market updates, pricing, issuance strategy and regulatory changes.
• Monitor issuance activity and regulatory changes in debt capital markets.
• Support Rating Advisory and Syndicate desks as required.
• Engage in offshore bond and structured finance business development.
