CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Debt Capital Markets professional to lead origination and execution, perform credit analysis and documentations, and foster strong client relationships.

The role involves coordinating bond issuances with issuers and external professionals, supporting post-issuance initiatives, and assisting the team head on ad-hoc DCM projects to ensure timely, compliant executions.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in finance, economics, accounting or law.
• Minimum 5 years DCM execution experience
• Holding CPA is preferred
• Sound financial market knowledge; HK and PRC capital markets regulations
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Perform DCM origination and execution function, carry out credit analysis and documentation
• Establish and Maintain good relationship with clients, provide them with effective advice, proposal and solutions on financial products, DCM investments
• Assist in bond issuance matters including coordination with issuers and other professional parties including lawyers, auditors, trustees, etc
• Manage DCM initiatives including but not limited to post-investment follow up.
• Prepare and facilitate internal project approval process to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, to ensure smooth and timely executions
• Support team head in various ad-hoc tasks and projects related to DCM
