Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced finance professional to provide full support on originating, structuring and executing DCM transactions. The role requires deep knowledge of the PRC market and hands-on involvement in deal origination, due diligence and client advisory.

The candidate will prepare comprehensive documents, coordinate with clients and regulators, and contribute to financial modeling, pitches and market insights to drive fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in investment banking and financial industry.
• Experience in Rating Agencies (S&P, Moody's and Fitch).
• Regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities.
• In-depth knowledge of PRC market and culture.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external documents such as memos, agreements, and roadshow materials.
• Assist in execution of DCM transactions and fundraising exercises.
• Advise on corporate finance transactions including origination, IPO, M&A, underwriting.
• Conduct due diligence on listing applicants.
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers, auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Support research, financial analyses, modeling and evaluation for deals.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and business proposals for clients.
• Monitor market developments and regulatory updates to inform recommendations.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation and modeling to support execution.
