Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of project/program management with a strong focus on data or analytics initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional data initiatives in large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data platforms e.g. data lakes and data warehouses; cloud analytics.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with C-level executives to shape data investments, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data platforms, analytics, data governance, and AIML initiatives.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project delivery with governance and risk management.
• Bridge strategic vision and execution by translating data strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across IT, data teams and business units.
• Drive organizational change to foster a data-driven culture.
