Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction from conception through commissioning. You will manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Development, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and Critical Operations to deliver projects on time and to budget.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and experience with CSA/MEP disciplines, budgets, schedules, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a senior project/ construction management role delivering large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery and close-out of large-scale data center projects from conception through commissioning.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project controls, budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change control.
