Job summary

ELE Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to guide and support customers in our Experience Center in Hong Kong. The role focuses on helping customers use the e-banking app, handling inquiries and complaints, and meeting quality standards.

You will work to achieve management objectives, support marketing inquiries, and ensure operations comply with bank policies. The position requires bilingual communication and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends and

Qualifications

• Associate degree holders or above with at least 3 years of working experience in branch or service centre of a bank or financial institution
• Strong customer service and communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, strong team players
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
