Job summary

ELE Bank Limited is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Officer for our Experience Center in Hong Kong. You will guide customers in using the e-banking App, handle inquiries, and support daily operations with a professional service standard.

The role requires Cantonese fluency (mandatory) with English and Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to work independently or under pressure, including weekends and public holidays. Shift duties are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above with 1+ years in banking / finance / customer service / marketing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, proactive and a team player.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory), proficiency in English and Mandarin; PC applications including Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support customers to use the e-banking App in the Experience Center.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints with professional service meeting quality standards.
• Achieve management objectives and support marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Ensure center operations comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Plan on-site events to raise brand awareness among customers and prospects.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
