Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a strategic Leader to head the Client Servicing Manager (CSM) team for Private Banking. You will drive end-to-end client journeys, oversee onboarding, transactions and client servicing, and ensure adherence to global policies and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Front Office and support functions to improve efficiency, elevate client experience, and deliver growth through streamlined processes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading client servicing teams in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong risk, governance and regulatory awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and process improvements within client journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Servicing Manager (CSM) team to deliver high-quality service to Private Banking clients.
• Collaborate with Front Office and support functions to ensure seamless client experience.
• Ensure adherence to money-laundering prevention procedures and Group policies.
• Oversee risk, control and compliance requirements across client onboarding and servicing activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with Market Heads, RMs and senior management.
