Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced corporate client service professional to act as a dedicated contact for high net worth clients. You will deliver end-to-end services, refine workflows, and advocate for customers across product and operations teams.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a minimum of four years in corporate client servicing within banking. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential, with Putonghua a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder; Six Sigma Green Belt or above preferred.
• At least 4 years of corporate client service/relationship management in banking.
• 2 years in cash management, remittance, corporate internet banking, or related areas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; proficiency in MS Office.
• Good Chinese and English; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a dedicated contact point for high net worth corporate and FI clients.
• Deliver tailor-made end-to-end after-sales services and follow up on client needs.
• Act as client advocate to drive internal departments for best-in-class service.
• Implement and refine banking services, workflows, and monitor quality.
• Conduct regular service calls and reviews to promote efficiency and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with product specialists and relationship managers on client visits and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
