Sharp Star Holding (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and interior fit-out projects in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering medium to large-scale ventures on schedule and within budget, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance to site teams.

Qualificações

• Degree or higher diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Studies, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management, with proven leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and statutory regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, work programs, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and safety requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site teams and supervise overall site activities.
• Report to senior management on project status, risks, and cost control measures.
• Participate in tendering, cost estimation, and subcontractor selection when required.
