Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experienced in project coordination and site progress monitoring.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of project ownership with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Candidates with richer practical experience will be considered for Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors to develop construction details.
• Oversee site works coordination to ensure project goals are met and compliance with the main contract in terms of timeline, workmanship, and safety.
