Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking a senior schedule professional to manage and maintain construction programs using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. You will develop short term plans with the construction team and identify risks with mitigations and opportunities.

The role requires evaluating subcontractors’ programs and supporting entitlement claim substantiation. Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering and 10 years’ main contractor experience with strong

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• 10 years of relevant experience in main contractor.
• Proficient using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies.
• Good understanding of MEP Installation.
• Demonstrate project delivery experience.
• Membership of professional association is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction program in Microsoft Project or P6 schedule.
• Develop short term program with construction team.
• Assist to identify schedule risks, mitigations and opportunities.
• Maintain periodic report and tracking schedules.
• Evaluate subcontractor’s program.
• Provide support for the substantiation of entitlement claim.
