Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to handle advisory work on regulated activities including Trustee and Asset Custody, Private and Wealth Management, and Asset Management.

The role involves reviewing products and policies annually and supporting new projects and product development with compliance input. You will conduct compliance reviews, provide training, and assist in committee prep.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding in financial products, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements for Asset Management, Asset Custodian, Private Banking and else in HK.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and its subsidiary legislation.
• Hands-on experience in handling remediation and process improvement projects.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Responsible, detail oriented, well-organized, independent with strong communication skills.
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as AVP.
