Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an organized Compliance Analyst to support internal compliance reporting, regulatory reviews and data-driven governance efforts.

You will help maintain compliance trackers, assist in regulatory developments, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement controls and improvements across ESG, ABC, COI/EE and other policy areas. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum 2 years of compliance experience.
• Familiarity with industry practices is preferable.
• Experience creating dashboards using data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of insightful internal compliance reports and dashboards.
• Identify enhancement opportunities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in compliance innovation activities including data analytics exposure.
• Assist in AML tool transformation projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Support validation of the local Compliance Framework against policies and standards.
• Maintain compliance trackers, governance records and action logs.
