Responsibilities

• Assist management to grow production and retain clients through renewal emphasis.
• Develop new business via client penetration and opportunity creation.
• Serve as frontline adviser on insurance program design, terms, retention and implementation.
• Assess risk exposure, review loss history and provide transfer recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and present renewals or new business to clients.
• Coordinate surveys, quotes, and premium negotiations with insurers and providers.
