Job summary

ADECCO in Hong Kong is seeking seasoned Project Managers to lead large-scale application migration and transformation programmes across private cloud and PaaS environments. You will oversee delivery, governance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement to drive modernization and process re-engineering.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with cloud transformation, strong vendor relationships, and credentials such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing large-scale application transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Experience leading project teams within fast-paced technology environments.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation, process re-engineering, CI/CD practices, and secure delivery frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance project scope, timelines, risks, and business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum credentials are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of large-scale application modernization and migration programmes, ensuring objectives, timelines, and resource plans are effectively managed.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to coordinate project activities and achieve key milestones.
• Oversee project governance, budget planning, and financial tracking to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost management.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Lead implementation activities from planning through deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered smoothly and aligned with business outcomes.
