Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is hiring for a permanent technical support role focusing on network and security infrastructure within a financial institution. You will maintain public cloud platforms, ensure incident response readiness, and coordinate with security and application teams to deliver reliable services.

The ideal candidate has ≥5 years’ experience in network/security operations, familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto and Huawei, and strong English/Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in technical support and administration of network and security infrastructure.
• Solid hands-on expertise in operating and supporting network and security infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as Cloud firewall, WAF is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto and Huawei products is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network and security infrastructure for a financial institution.
• Maintain cloud platform operations and security tooling, including incident response and patch management.
• Serve as primary support owner and domain expert for network and security components.
• Support project implementations such as new app deployments and cloud platform refreshes.
• Collaborate with security and application teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain cloud platform.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and documentation for network security and cloud operations.
• Provide on-call and onsite support for production incidents and emergencies.
