Job summary

CCX Green Finance International Limited is expanding its Sustainable Finance team in Hong Kong. We seek a results-driven Manager to grow our presence in the financial institutions sector, focusing on climate and sustainability projects across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

You will identify new market opportunities, manage key client relationships, and support end-to-end execution of sustainable finance assignments. English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or professional consulting with FI exposure.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and drive growth within the financial institutions sector for sustainable finance products and ESG services.
• Manage and expand relationships with financial institutions and listed companies, leading negotiations and ensuring high service levels.
• Conduct market intelligence on Green Finance policies, standards, and opportunities in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
• Support the Project Director in brand promotion, client roadshows, and drafting of commercial proposals and marketing materials.
