Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Holder of professional qualification of CPA preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with legal documents is an advantage.

• High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting operations including AR & AP.
• Prepare financial statements and business activity reports.
• Participate in business feasibility studies and fundraising.
• Develop relationships with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Provide secretarial support to Board meetings.
