Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements for a large-scale transformation project. You will lead cross-functional sessions with users and vendors, document detailed business and functional requirements, and partner with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

The role requires hands-on Agile experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication in Chinese to engage internal teams and external clients effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in business analysis experience.
• Experience in end-to-end enterprise level system transformation.
• Knowledge in software development in any coding language (e.g., Python or Java).
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements for systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric solutions across all touchpoints.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed across delivery teams.
• Validate solutions through testing, feedback loops, and stakeholder review.
