Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Process Development and Transformation Team in Hong Kong. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to drive meaningful improvements.

Collaborate with clients and developers to understand needs and design value-driven solutions. Lead change management to realize operational benefits, develop and maintain project documentation, and participate in testing, planning, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
• Experience in business analytics, cloud solutions, vendor management; Agile a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

Requirement
