Job summary

Bank of Communications Trustee Limited is seeking a business analyst support role to assist in transformation programs, system implementations and process improvements. You will help interview operation teams, capture business needs and analyze financial workflows to identify bottlenecks and control gaps.

You will translate challenges into BRDs for developers, assist with system enhancements and migrations, support UAT, maintain trackers and prepare status reports, and help train business users.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT or finance with relevant BA knowledge.
• Experience in data analysis, process modeling and BRD writing.
• Strong documentation and analytical thinking are essential.

Assist in preparing user training materials and conduct basic system training for business users

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance,or other related disciplines

2yearsofrelevant work experiencein BA/banking operations is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome

Experienced in data analysis, business modeling, or systems analysis

Self motivated with good active listening, critical thinking, proactive learning attitudeand structured documentation abilities

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an advantage)

Immediate availability is preferred
