Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

MULTIPLE IT OPPORTUNITIES | LEADING BANKING & FINANCIAL PROJECTS

We are seeking high-caliber IT professionals for our banking and financial institutional clients.

OPEN POSITIONS:

• Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst (Corporate Banking / FX / Algo)
• IT Quality & Security Manager (Agile / Test Automation)

Responsibilities:

• Run user requirement sessions, analyze business needs, and propose solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business users and developers to define requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Support SIT and UAT execution.
• Prepare user manuals and deliver training sessions to end-users.
• Supervise and guide junior Business Analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Transform business needs into technical solutions and visual process flows.
• Develop and support applications for core banking services.
• Lead or assist in day-to-day project management.
• Provide production support for banking applications.
• Create technical specifications, use cases, and documentation.
• Support full SDLC phases including SIT and UAT.

JOB 3 IT Quality and Security Manager (Quality Management)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain internal quality standards and testing procedures.
• Review and approve test automation specifications and executions with dev teams.
• Monitor and improve overall deliverables and software quality.
• Write QA reports and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate QA initiatives and meetings across IT and business teams.
• Collect and analyze data regarding quality management performance.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: 10+ years for Senior BA / 3+ years for BA (Banking/IT industry).
• Strong track record in requirement gathering, solution collaboration, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking, Financial Markets, FX, or Algo systems is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with a proven track record as a technical lead.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Investment, Core Banking, or Private Banking is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, Linux, Jenkins, and Control-M.
• Good problem-solving and writing skills (English & Chinese).

JOB 3 IT Quality and Security Manager (Quality Management)

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT experience with a solid understanding of Agile and test automation (less experience considered for junior roles).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or UFT One is preferred.
• Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or Quality Management (QM) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good writing and spoken skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
