Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Business Analyst – Change & Transformation for a 12-month contract in Hong Kong. The role requires 5–10 years of BA experience in financial services, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management. Fluency in English is mandatory; Cantonese and Mandarin are strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Jira/Confluence is expected. You will lead requirements, map processes, and coordinate workshops across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ Business Analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Data analysis skills (SQL) are an advantage.
