Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and drive agile delivery. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with sprint plans and provide QA oversight.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in digital transformation or business analysis, and strong communication with fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital transformation, business analysis, or related areas.
• Experience crafting user stories, test cases, and QA typical activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail with agile experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including negotiation.
• Familiarity with E-form systems, MS Power Platform, SharePoint, JIRA, and basic SQL/coding knowledge.
• Experience managing digital transformation projects or revamps.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, negotiate, and prioritize product requirements with agile practices.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories for development teams.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, BA Leads, and Tech Leads to align with sprint timelines and deliverables.
• Work with designers and developers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of outputs.
• Create, manage, and execute test cases; track issues and drive resolutions.
• Provide proactive updates and QA progress insights to the team.
