Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements for a large-scale transformation project. You will lead cross-functional sessions with users and vendors, document detailed business and functional requirements, and partner with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

The role requires hands-on Agile experience, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication in Chinese to engage internal teams and external clients effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in business analysis experience.
• Experience in end-to-end enterprise level system transformation.
• Knowledge in software development in any coding language (e.g., Python or Java).
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese.

We are currently hiring Business analysts for one of our MNC clients. They are currently working on a large scale transformation. This project provides great exposure for individuals to work on an end-to-end project with different stakeholders including internal users and vendor.

Duties
