Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Solution Delivery team. You will facilitate requirements workshops, translate objectives into user stories, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

You will monitor progress, manage scope, ensure alignment with budgets and timelines, and work with testing teams to validate solutions meet business criteria before implementation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or within a Solution Delivery function in the financial services industry.
• Subject matter expertise within Asset Servicing environments.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end solution lifecycles using Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical (SDLC) and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and strong documentation capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
