Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive digital transformation of Insurance Claims Operations. You will lead initiatives across departments, document requirements, and partner with IT to implement process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in business or systems analysis, strong communication, and fluent English and Cantonese. You will lead UAT, train end users, and support implementation with proactive collaboration and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or medical/P&C claims processing.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to provide integrated, critical solutions to complex business problems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis and Transformation Insurance Claims Operations: Serve as the primary Business Analyst to lead digital transformation and business process reengineering initiatives across departments.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyze operational challenges, and document clear business requirements.

• Project Planning: Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to define project scope and prioritize initiatives within the Agile sprint planning cycle.

• System Development: Partner with IT development teams to guide system enhancements and facilitate test-driven development.

• Quality Assurance: Manage the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test planning, case design, and execution.

• Implementation and Enablement: Oversee business implementation and ensure successful adoption by creating training materials and conducting end-user sessions.

Key Requirements
