Job summary

Ambition, a leading insurance company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive end-to-end digital initiatives in Hong Kong. You will gather requirements, document user stories, and coordinate with business users, marketing, product owners and technology teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Project Management, or Digital Transformation experience.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering digital, customer-facing, data, or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Exposure to AI chatbot, GenAI, data-driven marketing or related initiatives is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

• Manage project stakeholders across both business and IT functions and provide regular project updates.

• Exposure to AI chatbot, GenAI, data-driven marketing, customer acquisition journeys, digital platforms, mobile applications, or agency/distribution-related initiatives would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English
