SKY CHARM LIMITED in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Technical Officer to lead and coordinate building services tasks for commercial properties. You will manage maintenance activities, review tender documents, and respond to owners and tenants with effective technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in commercial buildings, leadership capability, and fluency in English and Chinese. Immediate availability is highly regarded in this full-time role located in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building surveying or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in commercial buildings.
• Holder of a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Positive and proactive, service-oriented with excellent customer and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist with routine maintenance and operational tasks.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance work.
• Address technical requests from owners and tenants.
• Monitor the performance of building facilities.
• Prepare lists of equipment and inventory.
• Supervise and conduct testing and commissioning.
• Provide full support for all technical matters related to property takeover and handover.
• Coordinate with internal departments and tenants to review fit-out submissions and oversee alteration, addition, and improvement projects.
• Monitor the service quality of relevant contractors.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control.
• Plan, implement, and review the Preventive Maintenance Program and energy conservation measures to achieve the company’s sustainability goals.
