Prudential Surveyors International Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Building Surveyor to plan, implement and monitor maintenance works across diverse projects. You will coordinate with clients and sub-contractors to drive site progress and compile survey reports for existing buildings.

The role requires a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline, with 3–4 years PQE, and English/Chinese fluency including Mandarin. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, or a related construction discipline.
• Min. 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in Building surveying consultancy, Government term contract or A&A Works.
• Professional qualification in Building Surveying (e.g., MHKIS or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS office.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Project Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement and monitor maintenance works.
• Coordinate with clients and sub-contractors to facilitate site progress.
• Conduct site condition surveys and measurements of existing buildings and compile reports.
• Prepare alterations & additions plans, tender drawings, and attend regular meetings and liaise with clients.
• To assist with statutory plan submissions for addition and alteration, Minor Work / A&A Work, fitting-out, maintenance, modification and improvement works.
• To coordinate with government department and various companies.
• Assist Project Director to handle different projects.
• Liaise with in-house site supervision staff.
