Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Building Surveyor to lead maintenance, renovation and A&A projects. You will conduct site surveys, supervise on-site contractors, and ensure workmanship meets standards while collaborating with building management for technical support.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Building Surveying and 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Building Surveying / Building Construction and related disciplines.
• Associate Member of RICS, CABE or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (Minor Works System).
• Proficient with AutoCAD.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management.
• Candidates with less qualifications/experience will be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage building maintenance works, repair, renovation, fitting-out and A&A projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site survey, site inspection and monitoring works progress.
• Supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works to ensure standard workmanship.
• Carry feasibility studies on proposed works to cope with marketing strategies.
• Assist and work closely with building management office to provide technical supports.
• Handle ad hoc tasks or assignments as required.
• Perform any other works as directed by Manager from time to time.
