The role oversees end-to-end building inspection and repair programs, coordinating with government agencies and external service providers to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• University degree in building/construction or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in senior management.
• Professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MHKIE, MHKIA (or equivalent).
• Authorized Person qualification under HK Building Ordinance is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of HK Building Ordinance and regulatory submissions.

Mansioni

• Assist the General Manager in planning, design, and end-to-end delivery of building inspection and repair.
• Supervise teams and external providers to ensure milestones and quality benchmarks.
• Build networks with government agencies, statutory bodies, and professional bodies for data exchange and compliance.
• Attend meetings with owners' corporations, property managers, and contractors to align service standards.
• Oversee performance appraisals and disciplinary actions for consultants and building contractors.
• Monitor caseloads, staffing, safety records, and compile quarterly performance scorecards.
• Continuously review and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and service quality.
