Job summary

The Peak Complex is seeking a Building Services Engineer to support our Building Services Team at Victoria Peak, HK. You will oversee a range of engineering and maintenance projects and build leadership experience in team and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with team supervision and contractor coordination experience.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• Registered Electrical Worker Grade B(0) or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fitting out, A&A works including retail-to-F&B conversions.
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Lead Building Services team: budgeting, inventory, rostering, sustainability data reporting.
• Monitor productivity, inventory, and maintenance through the Yardi system.
• Prepare maintenance program reports and renew contracts; manage supplier quotations.
• Support CSR initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations.
