OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This post-trade and brokerage systems product role owns the layer between users and securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.

You will be the internal authority on brokerage architecture and securities market structure, shaping decisions that are expensive to reverse and working with a strong crypto product and engineering team.

Formación

• 5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
• Architectural view across order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers.
• Deep knowledge of order types, state machines, idempotency, cancel/replace, and partial fills.
• End-to-end ownership of area beyond order path (clearing/settlement, corporate actions, risk).
• Understanding of how brokerage earns revenue and related system constraints.
• Strong technical intuition for discussing data flows and architecture with engineers.
• Design for exceptions: halted symbols, timeouts, partial fills, mid-flight actions.
• Ability to drive programs from requirements to post-launch review with PRDs.
• Clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• High initiative and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Proficiency in Mandarin required for internal coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own the brokerage core: order management, execution and routing, settlement and reconciliation.
• Shape account, custody and clearing architecture and operating model.
• Own corporate actions and asset servicing end-to-end, on-chain and off-chain.
• Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist with 24/7 digital assets.
• Incorporate market structure, execution quality, and regulatory requirements into early product decisions.
• Set rigorous PRD standards and align across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
