Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead branch and self-service network strategy, drive automation, and manage cross-functional project delivery. The role requires strong strategic thinking, project leadership, and deep knowledge of personal banking and wealth management.

With a minimum of eight years in finance and supervisory experience, you will partner across departments to optimize distribution and implement regional best practices while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; preferably with major/minor in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics/Statistics/Financial Management.
• At least 8 years in financial industry with solid project management experience; min 3 years in supervisory role.
• Exposure in personal banking and management administration is an asset.
• Familiar with personal banking, wealth management, channel management and process improvement.
• Ability to translate concepts into concrete projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating branch and self-service banking network distribution strategy and optimization plans.
• Manage and monitor distribution of branch and self-service banking network.
• Drive branch automation and alternative channels usage and counter migration.
• Lead end-to-end strategic project plans and monitor progress and delivery.
• Develop branch capacity plans to improve staff productivity and support customer segmentation strategy.
• Facilitate best practice sharing across ASEAN Region.
