Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to shape the distribution strategy for its branch and self-service banking network. You will manage network distribution, drive automation, and lead strategic projects end-to-end to deliver measurable results.

The role requires extensive experience in personal banking and wealth management, with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a disciplined approach to risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant field (Business Admin / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management, etc.).
• At least 8 years in financial industry with solid project management experience, incl. at least 3 years in supervisory role.
• Exposure to personal banking and management administration is a plus.
• Familiar with personal banking and wealth management, channel management, operations and process improvement.
• Ability to translate concepts into concrete projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements and market risk controls.
• Strong business acumen, leadership and analytical skills.
• Good communication and ability to interact with multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating branch and self-service network distribution strategy and optimization plans.
• Manage and monitor distribution of branch and self-service networks.
• Drive branch automation and usage of alternative channels and counter migration.
• Lead end-to-end project management and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop branch capacity plans and strategies to support business and customer segmentation.
• Share best practices across ASEAN Region.
