Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Development professional to originate, structure, and drive deals across the ECM product line. You will own external relationships and the end-to-end deal pipeline in a small, high-impact team.

This is a 0-to-1 opportunity for a self-starter with an established capital markets network who can open doors from day one, negotiate terms, and move opportunities through to close while staying ahead of market developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, ECM origination, coverage/relationship management, investment banking, or capital raising.
• Established network across VC/PE, investment banks, issuers and institutional relationships.
• Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals or mandates.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets and related capital-raising transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to represent the firm to senior external counterparts.
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build a pipeline from scratch.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or willingness to develop expertise in bringing EBIT markets on-chain.

Responsibilities

• Originate and source deals and proactively identify opportunities with issuers, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and platforms.
• Own external relationships as the primary point of contact across issuers and strategic partners.
• Negotiate deals and lead commercial terms.
• Grow and manage the deal pipeline from lead through execution and close.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and partner-facing materials to win mandates.
• Monitor market conditions, comparable transactions, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to move deals through diligence, documentation, and closing.
