Job summary

Sleek is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager in Hong Kong. You will engage inbound leads, present Sleek’s value, and convert opportunities into loyal clients, building a strong first impression of Sleek in Hong Kong.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with uncapped commissions. Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus) and based in Hong Kong, you’ll thrive on strategy, relationship-building, and meeting aggressive targets while using AI tools to qualify leads

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, or fintech.
• Proven ability to manage inbound leads and convert opportunities.
• Strong discovery, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• CRM systems experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfortable using AI tools to prepare for conversations and improve lead qualification.
