Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Hong Kong is seeking a senior professional to partner with industry-leading clients on transformation agendas, translating complex challenges into actionable plans and implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

You will lead workshops with senior stakeholders, collaborate with client account leads to create opportunities, and guide delivery teams across banking and capital markets with a strategic, technology‑adaptive mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting and/or banking and capital markets.
• Experience in transformation/change in Retail Banks, IB, Wholesale banks, or private banks.
• 8+ years delivering and implementing complex transformation programs.
• Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Working with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions.
• Customer-facing skills to drive discussions with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Commercial mind-set to optimize delivery governance and value.
• Strategic thinker with ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with industry-leading clients on their top priority transformation agenda.
• Co-create with the client and translate solutions into a workable plan and implementation roadmap.
• Understand and define inputs for a business case and cost estimates; work with delivery teams to maximize client value.
• Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery structure to succeed.
• Support global and market level sales and drive adoption of modern tech solutions.
• Articulate a compelling business/technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities from detailed assessments of current footprint.
• Drive strategic opportunities by incorporating innovative business/technology solutions into broader transformations.
• Lead creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets with innovative insights and recommendations.
