Our client is a distinguished, highly discreet strategic private office and boutique advisory firm founded by a renowned pioneer of the APAC corporate recovery and restructuring market.
Operating under a philosophy akin to the elite traditional merchant banks of 20 to 30 years ago, this firm completely eschews rigid institutional playbooks and corporate bureaucracy.
